Boarding is approximately 15 minutes prior to departure. 

Reservations: Reservations are not required, but strongly recommended. 

Online Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card are acceptable forms of payment and will be taken at the time of booking. 

Sightseeing Cruise Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to arrival. If guests cancel inside 24 hours, they will not be issued a refund. However, guests should be allowed to modify the date and/or time of their cruise at any time without penalty.

Dinner, Brunch and Specialty Cruise Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival, if they cancel/change inside 48 hrs guest will not be issued a refund, however, guests may change the date of their cruise at any time.

Children Ages: Children's prices apply to those ages 2 through 11. Children under age 2 are free, but must be booked by calling 866.292.9191 and issued a boarding pass at check-in. 

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the boat.

Dress Code: Dress is casual for Mid-Day Sightseeing Cruise. Shoes and casual street clothes are required (at minimum). Passengers in uncovered bathing suits may not board. Layered clothing is recommended.

Entrance Fee: Lake Mead Cruises is located inside the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The National Park Service charges a fee to enter the area. For current rates and details, please visit www.nps.gov/lake.

Coast Guard Regulation: May require a brief search of any bags brought on board. By purchasing a ticket, you are consenting to possible search.

Firearms: Are not allowed on Lake Mead Cruises landing or aboard any cruise.

Pets: No pets are allowed inside the landing or on the boat, except for trained service animals.

Food & Drinks: Outside food or beverages are not allowed on the landing or boat.
